A report released on Thursday caused quite a stink, stating that many Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 customers were forced into upgrading to Windows 10 whether they wanted to or not. Up until now, we’ve only seen the new operating system served up as an optional upgrade, so the report was shocking to many.
