Microsoft’s Terry Myerson and Asus CEO Jonney Shih recently hinted that the latter company may end up making its own version of Microsoft’s HoloLens device. Unlike the Oculus Rift, HoloLens is Microsoft’s augmented reality headset that will project 3D images and overlays in front of the user’s eyes rather than immerse them in a virtual world.
