Tetris Forever Review – by Brad Feingold

The first time I played Tetris on the Macintosh, I became instantly addicted! This was a game that gave me every reason to sneak back into the journalism lab just to use the computer again and again. I truly believe it was because of the simplicity and complexity of the game.

Today, the game STILL holds its test of playability. To date there are close to 90 official versions of Tetris across several consoles, and an endless number of clones to count. Since time has passed, there is only one way to sum up some of the “best of the best” into an unforgettable package. Tetris Forever was recently released for multiple systems and has done a very good job of keeping me away from Fortnite. This game holds two levels of interest that I am happy to talk about…

Like the other releases from Digital Eclipse, Tetris Forever packs not only a handful of games throughout the history of Tetris, but also a detailed history of the game. Packed with interviews with Alexey Pajitnov, the creator of the game.
