During the latest financial briefing, Nintendo president Shuntaro Furukawa touched on the ways Nintendo builds relationships with its consumers. As part of this, it revealed some updated data about the player numbers within its ecosystem as of 30th September 2025.
There are currently 400 million Nintendo Accounts, and in terms of active Switch Online memberships, there are 34 million users. Nintendo mentions how there are also 128 million “annual playing users”, further noting:
