We’re a few days into the nonstop livestreams of Summer Game Fest 2026, and still have a couple of shows left to close out the weekend. The Xbox Games Showcase takes today’s first slot, then a Gears of War: E-Day Direct follows up immediately after with a closer look at the Marcus Fenix origin story.
When is the Xbox Games Showcase for SGF 2026?
The Xbox Games Showcase airs Sunday, June 7, at 10 am Pacific. You can check this full list of timezone conversions for calculating what time that is in your region, but here are a few for quick reference:
- 10 am PDT, June 5 (Los Angeles)
- 1 pm EDT (New York)
- 2 pm ART (Buenos Aires)
- 6 pm BST (London)
- 7 pm CEST (Berlin)
- 3 am AEST, June 6 (Sydney)
While Xbox hasn’t confirmed today’s exact runtime, previous Xbox livestreams were around two hours long. Developer Directs, like today’s Gears feature, are included in that and average around 45 minutes long.
How to watch the Xbox Games Showcase
Today’s Xbox livestream already has a placeholder on YouTube, so you can pop in now and wait for the show to start, or just visit one of its official channels directly:
What to expect from the Xbox Games Showcase
Xbox is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, so Summer Game Fest seems like the perfect place to make some noise around the occasion. We know Gears is there, and the recently announced Halo: Campaign Evolved seems like a safe bet, but what else is there?
State of Decay 3, probably. The apocalyptic survival crafting game just wrapped up a round of alpha testing in May. I’m assuming Fable 4 will show a little something too, considering it was just delayed into 2027. Then there’s The Elder Scrolls 6, which I figure won’t be there, but I do foresee a million “Elder Scrolls 6??” comments in every livestream chat for the next several years.
We’ve also put together a longer list of Summer Game Fest predictions, so maybe you’ll find something to look forward to there if you haven’t seen your most anticipated game yet.

The PC Gaming Show returns Sunday, June 7 at 12 pm PDT! Visit the show’s Steam page to wishlist your most anticipated games and get more information on how to tune in for the big reveals.
