Developed by Brazilian homebrew studio NaiAdventure, Metal Canary is a vertically-scrolling shmup that sees a meagre squadron of human pilots fight to save the planet from a global AI gone rogue.
In typically dystopian fashion, OMNICORE was tasked with taking control of Earth’s strategic decision-making, but naturally came to the conclusion that humanity was the problem. Understandable, to be honest. Now, with the world at the behest of the machines, it is up to the Metal Canaries to take to the skies and wipe the planet of OMNICORE’s control.
