Nalua Studio has released a Steam demo of its adorably creepy Neo Geo release, Necro Pop, which is currently in development for PlayStation, PC, Xbox, and Switch, as well as original Neo Geo AES and MVS hardware.
Described as an “arcadevania”, Necro Pop follows the exploits of ghost gal Poppi, who is temporarily returned to corporeal form in order to save her phantom friends from a sinister force known as “The Gloam”. As she traverses her native land of Ghostreach, Poppi will gain access to an array of spells, weaponry, and powers, giving her access to previously out-of-reach areas in true Metroidvania fashion.
