Japanese Charts: Elden Ring Puts Up A Good Fight, But It’s Felled By The Reigning Champ

We have another look at the latest numbers for physical game sales in Japan, courtesy of Famitsu, and Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition has put up a pretty good fight in its debut week.

The Switch 2 release dodge rolled onto the podium right from the jump, shifting 27,604 copies. It wasn’t quite enough to get that ‘Great Enemy Felled’ message, though, as the reigning champ, Rhythm Heaven Groove, snatched up another victory.
