Evercade’s upcoming Banjo-Kazooie Double-Pack cartridge not only contains both of Rare’s infamously meaty N64 platformers, but also a fistful of features cut or modified from the games’ original release. Spotted by Crazy Burger at the recent Evercade Nexus event, this includes a mode that never made it off the Banjo-Tooie cutting room floor.
Titled “Bottles’ Revenge”, the unreleased mode allows a second player to take control of some of Banjo-Tooie‘s enemies, outmanoeuvring, attacking, and generally being a nuisance to our platform-hopping heroes.
